As a “game-changer” in Near-Field Communication ( NFC), retail, and payments, Isis is seeking a Marketing Manager for AT&T. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact sales motivators and marketing initiatives to further the adoption of Isis among AT&T customers. Coordinate, execute and manage joint sales and marketing activities between Isis and AT&T.
Work across multiple levels and with a range of teams at both AT&T and Isis, including marketing, marketing research, sales operations, customer service training, sponsorships, Marcoms and treasury.
Manage Isis resources while engaging with AT&T on a full spectrum of marketing topics, including general awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, behavioral reinforcement and customer support programs and initiatives.
Support various field activities including corporate, employee and consumer facing events
Understand the current tools and technologies that are driving user behavior, spot upcoming trends, explore and implement innovative marketing tactics.
Collaborate with AT&T on various marketing research initiatives to inform and guide program enhancements, improve customer experience, make Isis more accessible, etc.
Demonstrate leadership in developing best practices to find, keep and grow customers through marketing programs and strategies based on sound analysis of market data.
Ensure efficient and effective “sell through” of Isis related products, services and technologies through AT&T channels, in coordination with Director of Sales and Marketing.
Assess effectiveness of marketing activities by analyzing results, providing recommendations for improvement and initiating modifications to various aspects of program planning and execution.
Travel up to 25% of the time to supervise events and engagement activities.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing (or related field)
Experience working with both marketing and sales teams
Experience as a team member and individual contributor
Proven experience leading teams & cross-functional projects.
Proven experience proactively engaging partners on marketing research efforts
Strong relationship building & partner management experience
Agency experienced preferred.
Strong analytical mindset
Consumer marketing experience in the mobile telecommunications and financial services industries highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong prioritization and workload management skills.
Ability to manage numerous open matters, with numerous client groups, on continuous basis.
Commitment to teamwork as a means to deliver positive results for individual clients as well as Isis as a whole.

BS/BA or equivalent required
