Overview
We are a start-up in a hot space with GREAT early traction but we need a much more professional marketing face. We are a lot of hard-core techies.
We want someone who can work with us now and later.

Responsibilities
Develop marketing materials, maintain and design website, create visially appealing video tours, etc.
Experience
Ability to work with little or no support
Skills
Graphic design
Web design
Video design a plus
Compensation
We are a self funded startup so we would want to pay deferred comp (@ 150% of your regular rate) and then move to a 1099 or W-2 relationship once we close a round. Most likely 90 days out.
We will also provide stock options on top of the pay.
