Overview
We are looking for Marketing & Operations interns to join the Manicube team! We have both Associate (BA-level) and Manager (MBA-level) positions, as well as part-time and full-time roles.

About the Manicube service:
Manicube offers the convenience of quick manicures to busy, professional women at their place of work. Our licensed manicurists visit our clients’ offices weekly to offer 15-minute manicures to employees. Our business is cashless as all payments are processed via our website, Manicube.com. In addition, $1 of every manicure is donated to a partner charity aiding women throughout the world.

Responsibilities
Position description:
Manicube is looking to hire Marketing & Operations Interns—both Associate (BA-level) and Manager (MBA-level). S/he should be a true self-starter excited to help shape and build a new employee services company! S/he should be socially adept and relish client management. She/he should enjoy a fast paced environment and be comfortable in a corporate culture that rewards results and a respectful and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities will include:
Client Partner Management & Scheduling –
Manicube has both regular corporate clients (consistent schedule) and event-based clients. Our intern will liaise with and build strong relationships with our corporate clients to set up dates, times and locations for our regular corporate services and event clients.
HR Coordination –
Manicube has a “fleet” of manicurists available to work with us for our events. Our intern will match manicurists to our confirmed events, confirm manicurist availability for events and provide all directions and support for manicurists to ensure they arrive to the service site prepared and on time.
Manicurist Training – All new manicurists must complete a 2-hour Manicube training session with our nail tech educator. Our intern will manage the scheduling and logistics for our new manicurist training sessions.
Logistics & Operations –
Client Site-- Our interns will visit client sites along with our manicurists to oversee the operations, manage payments and walk-ins, and to provide information to our end customers. Our intern will also be responsible for transporting our supplies from one client site to another based on our schedule.
Supplies-- Manicube provides all the nail tools and supplies necessary to complete our manicure services at the client site. Our intern will take over the procurement, management and replenishment of all our supplies to ensure we have everything we need to fulfill our client demand.
Customer Service – Our intern will respond prompt
Experience
Needed Credentials:
self-starter
excellent communication skills
sociable and professional in appearance and very punctual
authorized to work in the United States (we do not sponsor Visas)
Education
we have positions for both BA-level and MBA-level interns (role will be modified accordingly)
Compensation
Hours and compensation:
We are looking for an intern available to work at least 20 hours per week with some work that can be done remotely. Manicube is willing to sponsor students for credit.
