Marketing and Biz Dev Director for billion dollar geospatial startup
Immediate need for a strong Marketing and Biz Dev Sales Director with online and offline sales experience in real estate portals or real estate continuity programs. This is a great opportunity to present a new financial software package that analyzes residential property values down to the Census Block level AND also provides 24-months predictive values.
Initial responsibilities to include:
Working with the founder and new potential CEO to develop:
PowerPoint to raise capital and funding
Go-to-market strategy and plan
Help define the initial markets and sub market segments
Competitive analysis and pricing structure for each market
Oversee UI, UE, and initial product launch design and implementations.
Help raise initial seed capital and/or A round funding
Ideal candidate has established relationships in the real estate fields, can easily learn the power of this software program and effectively communicate its benefits to potential users.
This is a ground floor opportunity with stock options post funding and base salary. Equity based upon performance.
At a minimum, candidate will:
Demonstrate mastery of basic selling skills online and offline
Have established relationships with potential users listed above
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of product, once trained
Demonstrate effective interaction with all potential clients and owner of company
Maintain up-to-date call records for field contacts.
Submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
Because of the enormous opportunity for this software product in today’s real estate market, candidate may expect substantial income with closed sales. Candidate will also be encouraged to provide new ideas for marketing this product and will be compensated for same.
