We are a startup food products company. We have created a novel 15 calorie whipped dressings and dips product , and are a team of individuals with exposure to the NYC VC, tech, and culinary scene. We are offering you the unique chance to join the first stages of building a brand towards nationwide shelf space and recognition. We are currently on shelves at over 300 grocery stores across the north east US including Stop&Shop, D'agostino's, and Key Foods.
Conduct research to identify outlets for SkinnyEats PR initiatives including print, television, and online digital properties, and follow through with establishing these relationships
Conduct research to identify outlets for SkinnyEats event promotions, sampling, and giveaway strategy, such as women’s groups, conferences, fitness centers, etc.. Take the lead on organizing and following through to arrange these events
Draft targeted PR and marketing materials – press releases, kits, decks, etc.
Manage and upload content to SkinnyEats web site and social media pages
Manage and send samples to various communications outlets, and potential business development partners
Find partnership opportunities for product and logo placement to gain brand recognition and awareness
creative writing/communications, marketing strategy/planning, forecasting, troubleshooting, project management
Currently in senior year of college or recently graduated.
This is a crucial time for our expansion, and we are looking for additional hands to grab the reins with us. A successful internship can very well lead to a fulltime position.
