Mechanical Engineer (Robotics)

CtrlWorks is a small and growing team of hardware, electronics and software techies with lots of industry experience. We build mobile robots and are being supported by the Singapore government. We are seeking to add team members to work on the hardware/electronics/mechanical/software/algorithm systems of our robots. If you enjoy working among motivated engineers, exercise your creative ideas to the fullest potential, and have the burning desire of seeing an idea grow into a runaway market success, you will find our company a great fit.
Lead mechanical system architecture discussions and design cycles
Meet customers' requirements and delivery timelines
Responsible for the formal design documentation, implementation, test and validation processes.
Self-starter who has a proven track record of delivering quality work.
Experience in drafting & preparing fabrication drawings using SolidWorks is required
Experience in 3D printing of mechanical parts for fast prototyping is an advantage
Experience in operating (lathe, mill) machine tools is an advantage
Good communication skills to liaise with vendors
Hands-on mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
Possess own transportation is an advantage
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
Competitive remuneration.
