We're looking for a Media Operations Coordinator. The Media Operations Coordinator works with the media team to implement and maintain lead generation campaigns. You will be part of a small, passionate team in which everyone has the opportunity to influence the company’s strategy.
Responsibilities
Help develop the operations initiatives for online media campaigns.
Coordinate and traffic campaign materials to partners and/or vendors, communicating specific campaign instructions and details.
Troubleshoot a wide range of issues as it relates to campaign tracking and performance.
Monitor vendor CAN-SPAM compliance.
Support the Director in optimizing lead generation campaigns.
Experience
1-2 years marketing or related experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high number of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Very strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
High standards of conduct and professionalism, ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience with MS Excel required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
