Responsibilities
The Position
The Media Sales Associate will join the company’s newly formed “bid desk” team and drive the timely delivery of proposals and other materials for media sales teams. She/he will be part of a team pitching to and working with premium brand advertisers and agencies in the US, UK, France, Spain and Germany.
The position reports directly to our VP Marketing & Talent.
The Role
Drive the creation of sales materials to ensure the growth of advertising revenues at an accelerated pace
Execute the quick turnaround of proposal requests by sales executives
Deliver high-quality presentations for sales meetings and RFPs
Manage the delivery of materials based on requests from five markets
Understand the needs of premium brands and agencies to foster the development of relevant messaging, positioning and materials
Leverage organisation-wide knowledge to maintain the consistency of deliverables
Work closely with colleagues in the campaign management and media sales teams to develop relevant pitches and proposals
Maintain a full strategic understanding of every aspect of the business
Ensure the creation of pitches and proposals is consistent with the company’s product suite as well as campaign delivery capabilities
Join SponsorPay’s newly formed “bid desk” team as one of the first members
Champion the team within the organization
Funnel the various global needs of the business to decision makers within the organisation
Experience
The Person
2-3 years experience, ideally in consulting and/or marketing
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Passion for technology, advertising and design
Fluency in English; any additional languages a plus
Excellent undergraduate degree
Proactive and entrepreneurial approach
Goal-oriented and tenacious working style
