Member Services Associate will be responsible for all areas of working with its high-profile membership base. The role requires a mix of both sales and marketing skills to help grow the FoundersCard community and move the brand forward. This position will report to and work closely with the Director of Member Services.
Strong, courteous phone presence
Effectively respond to member concerns and requests via email, phone and social media
Evaluate relevant information to handle member issues and complaints and to respond promptly
Work effectively with business partners to manage key relationships
Recommend and help to develop ways to improve member experience
Effectively project FoundersCard brand at all times
2-5 Years of Customer Service and/or Marketing/Sales
2-5 Years experience with customer service and/or account management/sales
Exceptional writing abilities
Driven, strategic and detailed-oriented
Strong interpersonal and conversational skills
Customer-centric focus with a passion for problem solving and completing tasks effectively. Interest in entrepreneurship/startups is a plus.
General computer skills, internet, CRM and customer support applications.
Well-organized and able to multi-task
