Poshmark is looking to hire a Merchandising Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will play a critical role in driving Poshmark's topline monetization and conversion metrics. This is a very data-intensive role that requires exceptional quantitative skills as well as a strong instinct for consumer behavior. Prior merchandising experience is not required, however, you will need to be a high-performing individual who is energized by solving complex problems, making data-driven decisions, and executing rapidly on fast-approaching deadlines.
Develop and execute cross-functional projects to drive topline monetization and conversion.
Analyze and monitor key business metrics
Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and key learnings
3-5 years experience in a merchandising, ecommerce, management consulting, or similar role
Ability to analyze a problem, use data to articulate a recommendation, and take action accordingly
Flawless attention to detail and great organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of developing and executing strategies desired
Must have a strong understanding and passion for the fashion industry
• B.A. or B.S. required, MBA a plus
