Overview
Xper is looking for a Software Engineer to join our founding team and help us build a game-changing mobile application in high growth space of social experiences (multi-billion dollar market size). We are talented, energetic and extremely passionate about changing the world by helping people to create, share, and enjoy wonderful experiences.
Xper is a early stage startup. We are in the process of developing our first application and will be raising capital from VCs early next year.
You should be able to prove that you can build a kick ass mobile application from concept to completion. An in exchange you’ll be handsomely rewarded with a salary and/or equity.

Responsibilities
Timely delivery of high quality code
Writing clean, scalable iOS applications
Documentation and testing of code, code reviews, functional reviews
Collaboration with clients and project team
Work closely with other team members including the founder, UX designers and other developers
Experience
Experience creating mobile applications from conception to production
Experience shipping at least one iOS app that is currently available in the App Store
Experience with iOS Core Graphics
Developing and building multi-tier mobile/web applications
2+ years of software development experience with at least one year of solid iOS development
Good visual design aesthetic and creative drive with a passion for user experience
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
Skills
Working knowledge of server-side languages/technologies such as Java, JSON
Experience building mobile web applications
Experience building Android applications
Bonus: experience with machine learning, human-computer interaction, UX design
Education
BA or BS in Computer Science
