Do you passionately believe that enterprise mobile apps can be as simple, elegant and engaging as today’s top consumer apps? Ready to deliver on that belief?

We’re looking for a Mobile UX Designer to help us grow Workday’s mobile experience. You’d be joining a driven, dynamic and entrepreneurial team motivated to build product that is a cut above. Also, you’d be joining a rapidly growing company that’s on the bleeding edge of the cloud. Oh, almost forgot, we like to have fun too!
Responsibilities
Distill complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences for a range of target users and mobile platforms including iOS and HTML5 for touch interfaces.
Creatively apply the best user interface design ideas from consumer apps to business problems
Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate your design concepts to a broad range of colleagues, customers and end users
Create innovative and cutting edge interactions.
Work collaboratively to reach final design
Experience
At least 3 years professional experience as a UX designer with significant mobile projects in your portfolio.
Experience with rapid iteration, wireframing, prototyping
Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. developers, product managers, and users.
Creative thinker who can effectively innovate big ideas and also work out all the details.
A passion for User Experience. You love all things mobile, social, and cutting edge.
Education
BA/BS or MS degree preferred in HCI, or related field.
