Overview
We are a custom software development company that uses Agile principles to develop software that empowers and automates businesses. We work under very tight deadlines, focus on business value, and believe user stories and good planning are key. We place heavy emphasis on human interaction and elegance both inside and outside of the product.
The Developer must posses no less than two years experience with all required languages, platforms and skills.

Responsibilities
Understand and employ Agile methodologies
Plan, write, estimate, task and execute User Stories within Iterations
Attend and participate in brainstorming sessions and planning meetings
Attend and participate in Retrospective discussions
Attend and participate in Daily Stand-up meetings
Attend and participate in Product Demonstrations when possible
Independently generate solutions to complex problems
Clearly communicate problems, solutions and ideas to Project Managers
Implement UI designs, sketches and prototypes
Track his or her own hours accurately
Be held responsible for his or her work
