Skills
Expert in HTML & CSS
Competent in javascript, jquery
Familiar with PHP or other web scripting language (ruby, python, perl, etc)
Mastery of cross-browser compatibility issues and development techniques
Knowledge of subversion or other SCM (source control management) software
Knowledge of basic unix command line (nice to have)
Knowledge of issues related to HTML and CSS in emails (nice to have)
Basic image editing skills (nice to have)
Comfort with both wysiwyg and text development tools (nice to have)
Comfortable creating standards compliant code (nice to have)
