LifeIce is seeking a motivated, versatile, organized, and passionate intern to work alongside the Founder and be part of the extremely exciting journey to launch the product this Spring here in NYC.
Through real-world applications of juggling the various aspects of any start-up -- from fundraising, to sales meetings and presentations, to PR and marketing strategies, to suppliers and contract manufacturing, to ecommerce, to legal, corporate and financial matters, this is an opportunity to get a real world "Business 101" education -- outside the classroom.

Responsibilities
Working closely with Founder to prepare LifeIce for its late-April launch and support the company thereafter.
This is a broad internship opoprtunity in real world start-up culture, where a task or assignment could change from day-to-day. In the end, LifeIce is looking for interns with flexibility, versatility and a willingness to meet each day's challenge with equal parts enthusiasm and commitment.
Experience
LifeIce's ideal candidate is highly motivated; extremely organized and detailed oriented; possesses a diverse skill set and a willingness to learn; brings a positive attitude and willingness to adapt . An added bonus would be an interest in startup culture, health and wellness or the food indudstry.
Skills

Capable of working both directly with the Founder and independently with minimal supervision
Resourceful, innovative, and productive
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize assignments
Manage day-to-day of various vendor, supplier, customer relationships
Assists with outreach and follow-up to strategic partners, funding sources, potential endorsements and retailers/distributers
Assists in drafting of sales and marketing presentations
Assists in sales appointments with prospective customers, as necessary
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills (written, oral & interpersonal)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint )
Familiarity with Social Media networks (Facebook, Twitter)
Familiarity with Dropbox, Hubspot
Strong writing skills
Education
Undergraduate or Graduate Level.
Compensation
School credit, plus reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (commuting & meals stipend).
