As a Central Desktop outside sales representative, you are responsible for selling Central Desktops collaboration solutions to mid-size and large business customers, and generating new revenue. This position requires a high activity sales model. You are responsible for a quarterly sales quota through prospecting, face-to-face cold calling, and lead generation. You are responsible for profitable revenue growth through new targeted customer growth, further penetration of existing customers, and customer retention.
Establish, maintain and service accounts in assigned territory.
Ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business.
Make presentations to clients using the appropriate tools to develop an understanding of the value proposition, focusing on quality, productivity and profitability.
Demonstrate the quality and reliability of Central Desktop’s product and services.
Answer customers' questions, and make appropriate referrals where required.
Become the primary point of contact for the client following a sale.
Travel is required to prospect locations and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts.
