National Sales Manager | Nashville, TN

Overview
TigerText is looking for a driven, results oriented National Sales Manager to manage the sales efforts for Community Health Systems. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting a quarterly sales quota and meeting key performance objectives. The position will oversee and manage all operational, sales and administrative functions for this national account based in Nashville, Tennessee. The right person will proactively set and aggressively achieve challenging goals, measure results and improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with SaaS and Mobile technology as this information is core to the TigerText products and services
Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with top level client executives across the national portfolio.
Drive activities that increase TigerText’s awareness, product presence and revenue generation for the Company’s solution.
Work with senior executives to develop an action plan for meeting quarterly objectives.
Coordinate activities with Marketing to increase awareness across this national account.
Develop and implement action plans that increase TigerText awareness, using face-to-face or via phone contact across 1,500 facilities.
Monitor sales data on a weekly basis; communicate with Sales and Marketing the trends and issues pertaining to sales/marketing initiatives and activity.
Disseminate information to customers to ensure all product knowledge is up-to-date.
Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with all customer facilities ensuring open streams of communication.
Experience
8 to 10 years of experience in direct sales with major accounts.
Proven experience selling a SaaS based solution, wireless mobility sales experience is a plus!
Experience in sales data collection and analysis.
Previous experience in Healthcare and Technology Solutions and experience working with Community Health Systems is a big plus.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce.com is a plus!
Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Skills
A superior communicator (verbal/written/interpersonal) able to build effective relationships across an organization; able to foster trusting relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Possess strong project management discipline and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Can bring an endless amount of energy to sell and drive business/revenue for TigerText.
This position may require travel up to 25%.
Education
BA/BS preferred or equivalent, proven work experience
