Network Properties, Account Manager

Overview is looking for an internet-savvy Client Services Account Manager to manage pre- and post-sales, drive the creation of client support procedures & tools and assist in the development of partner relations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting partner relationships through the development and execution of account plans, assisting sales/business development with the pre-sales planning and execution while focusing on the post-sales activities. Candidate will manage post-sales integration and ongoing monetization and growth of profitable revenue from the account/relationship. Post-sales integration will involve distribution of all partner communications including welcome, process delineation, technical documentation, coordination of implementation utilizing technical resources as needed, etc.
Manage the day to day support of partner partnerships
Coordinate with the various internal functional groups to resolve any issues pertaining to account (billing, tech, etc.)
Work with partners to implement widgets, feeds, and/or training
Implement programs for partners, to ensure they understand how to launch campaigns, how to create and use materials, and how to utilize administration systems
Manage projects designed to increase growth and retention. Includes development of project plan, managing internal and external resources to achieve target dates, rolling out project to partners and tracking results.
Resolve issues relating to new and existing customers
Ensure immediate resolution of search result related issues
Manage online ad campaigns for clients
Provide pre and post sales assistance to sales staff as needed
Minimum 3 year of prior work experience in customer service or internet environment
College degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred
Basic computer skills. Skilled using Outlook, Word, Excel and the Internet
Attention to detail and thorough follow through
Excellent phone skills and etiquette
Effective correspondence skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred.
