The position will be integral to the management of the daily telecommunications workload, including the processing of service orders, resolving trouble tickets, processing the annual audit and maintaining accurate telecommunication records and billing. The position will monitor and analyze wireless services for cellular devices, blackberries and pagers. This position will provide technical knowledge and expertise regarding analyzing, recommendations and implementation of telecommunication services, systems and equipment. This position will process daily telecommunication service requests and trouble tickets. This position will also support other telecommunication staff with service orders related to other telecommunication projects. The position’s primary job responsibilities include:
•Process and coordinate day-to-day telecommunication service requests for telephone service, voicemail, cellular, pagers, teleconferencing and telephone equipment.
•Provide diagnosis and resolution for telecommunication trouble tickets.
•Maintain accurate telecommunication service orders, inventory records, billing, and program documentation.
•Review and process the annual audit of telecommunication assets.
•Create, run and/or maintain various telecommunication program reports including inventory, usage, traffic, call center reports.
•Review and analyze telecommunication reports, bills and services.
•Monitor and analyze service plans for cellular, blackberries and pagers.
•Provide program assistance and coordination for the DNR telecommunication program and related activities within DNR.
