Overview
We are looking for a bright individual to help our Account Manager team. This is an attractive role for resume building and to be part of a motivated environment.

Practice Fusion builds software for Electronic Medical Records (EMR). We distinguish ourselves from the competition by delivering a product that is free, web-based, easily adopted, reliable and secure. Practice Fusion is the fastest growing EMR community in the country, with more than 100,000 users serving 16 million patients. The company closed a $23 million Series B round of financing led by Founders Fund in April 2011 and expects to more than double in size by the end of 2011. We are located in the heart of SOMA in San Francisco.

Responsibilities
Be the initial point of contact for medical professionals as they join the Practice Fusion community
Perform initial account provisioning and Account Manager assignment.
Manage inbound/outbound phone calls to users in order to pitch and support adoption of Practice Fusion
Direct users to resources and address initial needs, questions, and concerns to support adoption of Practice Fusion
Effectively communicate with your portfolio of accounts using email , in addition to phone conversations.
Provide a phenomenal experience for each new Practice Fusion user
