WebPT also offers 3rd party billing services to submit claims quickly and maximize reimbursements for their clients.
We are looking for one bright, self-motivated Operations Manager of Billing Services that can work well with a mid-size, but rapidly growing team in a high-growth environment. You must have outstanding communication skills, and past experience managing a multi-faceted medical billing department with account management. Previous experience in a medical billing service environment preferred. Proficiency with web-based software is required.

Responsibilities
The Operations Manager of Billing Services will have the following responsibilities:
Supervise a rapidly growing team of high performing medical billing department reps (hire, fire, review)
Develop and/or refine policies and procedures for billing operations
Team lead for system process improvement activities
Serves as HIPAA facility contact
Monitor team performance and track departmental metrics
Mentor, train and guide team members to achieve outstanding performance
Responsible for department annual budget and capital expenditures
Participate in management team meetings
Experience
Previous medium to large medical billing team management experience required
Knowledgeable in Federal and State regulations in regards to electronic health records
Willing to prove themselves in a merit based culture
Hands-on experience with billing software, preferably AdvanceMD
Scaling process experience
In depth understanding of patient billing and HIMS (American Health Information Management Association) processes
Comfortable with web tools and general technology components
