We are looking for a responsible, dynamic, tech-savvy, motivated
administrative assistant with outgoing personality to assist with our
small business home office. The candidate must be highly organized and
be detail oriented.
The right candidate will be good at multitasking, very proficient at
spoken and written communications, and willing to provide new ideas
for business growth. Duties will include tasks such as order entry,
answering phone calls from clients, providing excellent customer
service, and searching for new ways to increase revenue to the
business, including making follow up phone calls to undecided clients
Experience with Microsoft Office, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Experience will be considered over a college degree.
Possibility of earning bonuses based on finding money saving or money
making solutions for the business, or generating additional sales
through follow up calls.
