Omedix, a high energy startup is seeking a full time office administrator/coordinator for general office work, contract management, and invoicing.
Immediate need for office coordinator/administrator seeking professional, fun and fast paced environment.
Seeking person with a can-do attitude to help put process and systems in place for this exciting start up. Will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, handling office correspondence, routing mail, invoicing and supporting a four person mangagment team. Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
Experience in completing new hire forms, and I-9 and EVerify compliance
Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
Min of some college- Bachelor's preferred.
