We expect our Office Manager to coordinate all our office operations, help us with day-to-day administrative tasks, contribute to the organizational structure, bring new ideas and improve the life in our office. Managing office operations and administrative activities
Planning and coordination of office services
Coordinating meetings, interviews and presentations
A desire to make the workplace fun. Using your imagination to improve the office design and coordinating team events that are memorable and fun
Coordinating space allocation within the office
Responding to general inquiries and phone calls
Coordinating staff travel arrangements and accommodations
Maintaining accurate company databases for contacts, files and other documents
Other specific projects on request
Cheerful demeanor with a positive and upbeat attitude
Strong customer service orientation
A vision and ambition for personal improvement
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience (1+ years) in an office coordination or administrative role (including internships)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Energy, commitment and demonstrated initiative
Independent work attitude with self-motivation
Strong working knowledge of business applications. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint required
Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing
Bachelor degree of 4 years is a minimum.
