We are looking for a highly qualified Office Manager / Project Manager to join the team to work
with internal team members, customers and partners. Candidates must have the ability to work
effectively in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-
oriented, enthusiastic individual with an interest in kids and technology. This is an opportunity to
join a highly experienced team of designers, illustrators, engineers and business professionals.

Our office is located in downtown San Mateo, 1 block away from many great restaurants and
coffee shops. It is a few blocks away from the CalTrain station, just a half hour ride away from the
city of San Francisco.

Reception duty, greeting guests, answering phones
Managing calendars (travel included), setting up meetings
Expense reports, credit card receipt collection, payroll processing, bill pay

Onboarding new hires
Working with benefit company to roll out employee benefits
Managing employment agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs etc
Recruiting Support
Preparing and organizing candidate meeting materials
Customer Support
Responding to customer emails, resolving customer support issues

Planning office social events and meals
Ordering office and kitchen supplies
Facilities support including kitchen clean up, assisting in maintaining our facilities
Managing office move
Running the office on a day-to-day basis, pitching in for whatever needs to be done
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills
Strong work ethic with organizational skills, attention to detail
Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must handle confidential information with discretion & professionalism
Comfortable with math, organizing information in Excel
Technologically savvy
Experience with HR processes (onboarding, payroll) is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
