The Online Marketing Manager will join the online marketing team and focus on buying performance-based media for the various Peanut Labs B2B and B2C products. This person will be a talented professional who combines creativity and marketing with proven analytical and profitable online media buying experience. This position requires a seasoned professional who can develop and test online media campaigns with specific performance based objectives and expand them into high volume / large spend buys. Expert knowledge of online media campaign design, testing, optimization across multiple online channels including display, retargeting, PPV, and content networks is required. The successful candidate is an experienced professional who is strictly focused on ROI; you must be metrics driven.
Help drive the online media buying and customer acquisition strategy by developing and managing profitable buys for multiple products
Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative, landing pages, and campaigns for specific brands and publishers
Manage creation and execution of campaigns that deliver against business goals
Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR and conversions through targeting and creative optimization
Prospect new publisher and media buying opportunities
Manage CPM, CPL, CPA, CPC, and CPV campaigns and review backend performance to ensure specific profitability goals
Responsible for the successful development and rollout of new product(s).
Define the overall objectives, scope, and approach for the project.
Manage the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at any one time.
3 – 5 years online marketing-specific experience with a minimum 1 year demonstrated success in performance-based online media buying
Experience of 1 year or more with lead generation and/or ecommerce experience
Managed an advertising budget of at least $100K / Month
Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B, multi-variant testing and ROI analysis
Knowledge of SEM and SEO optimization is a plus
Strong analytical abilities
Self-starter with ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment
Expert copywriting and marketing skills to drive desired consumer response
Passion for media buying and online marketing, as well as personal achievement of goals with a drive to succeed
