Online Marketing Manager

at Fandor in San Francisco, CA   —   Jul 03, 2014   |  
We’re looking for an analytical online marketing manager who will manage and grow Fandor’s search engine and social advertising programs. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years experience in online marketing, including CPC, CPA and CPM advertising. Direct experience managing SEM campaigns in Adwords and other search engines, as well as advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms, is also desired. Candidates should be comfortable with website analytics tool and have experience in early stage start-up environments.
Daily management of SEM, social, mobile and other advertising programs
Research on keywords and audiences, building ads and managing bids
Development and refining of testing: A/B and multivariate tests for key performance levers
Development of test landing pages for ad campaigns
Proactively identifying areas for improvements in campaign management processes and implement enhancement solutions
Providing campaign reporting, forecasting and budgeting
3+ years on online media buying: CPC, CPA and CPM advertising
Direct experience managing SEM programs in AdWords
Experience in building and optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns
Smart, Energetic, Detail-Oriented and Analytical
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to self-manage projects and work within time deadlines
Team oriented, self-motivated
Bachelor's degree required
