After recently securing our first round of investor financing we are currently 1) developing our web-based technology platform and 2) implementing/refining our strategic marketing plan. We are expecting exponential growth in our business and are therefore in search of an intern who will be instrumental in the launch of the business in early 2012.
The internship is based in Chicago.
Develop, manage, and evaluate multiple paid search programs to include, but not limited to: 1) initiating and maintaining PPC keyword campaigns, 2) strategizing new media campaigns, and 3) conducting analysis of return on investments
Continually improve key metrics (e.g. search, conversion rates, pay per click functionalities, etc.) across campaigns on a weekly basis
Leverage detailed data analysis to identify opportunities in the marketplace to expand & optimize profitability
Manage keyword bids and large keyword lists
Preferably, someone with a strong technical background and/or PPC/Paid Search experience
Entrepreneurial mindset: Self-motivated with the ability to work with a high degree of intensity in an unstructured environment
Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking ability
Exceptional communication skills
Preferably someone with an online marketing background
