Online Media Account Manager

Overview
ConsumerTrack.com is looking for Account Managers to manage, execute, optimize and provide superior service to our key accounts. We are looking for an outgoing, analytical professional who enjoys building strong relationships and loyalty with various partners. The Account Manager will continuously identify and evaluate new opportunities for the media buying team. Timeliness, attention to detail, analytics, and accuracy are critical to this position. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Prospecting, developing and testing revenue generating online media, with an emphasis on upfront negotiation to achieve back-end performance results.
End to end campaign ownership from evaluation, negotiation, implementation and optimization to post-analysis.
Coordinate technical, legal, tracking and creative requirements with the appropriate departments.
Make necessary, post-launch campaign optimizations, based on apparent performance data, to media source’s SubID’s, pricing, demo targeting, etc.
Develop and maintaining professional, genuine relationships with online media partners, to facilitate campaign growth and to explore future collaboration
Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creatives, landing pages, and campaigns for specific brands and publishers
Manage the creation and execution of campaigns that exceed business goals
Prospect for new publisher and media buying opportunities
Manage CPL, CPA, and CPC campaigns, and review backend performance to ensure specific eCPA and profitability goals are being met
Experience
Experience in managing online advertising campaigns.
Strong analytic skills and ability to grow and present ROI goal.
Three (3) years of previous and proven experience with display media buying
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
Advertising experience including on-line media planning/buying, campaign development and performance analysis.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience managing campaigns on CPA, CPC, CPM and CPL models, knowledge of all forms of on-line lead generation programs, including: PPC, e-mail, display, CPA and other on-line media opportunities.
Extensive analytical capabilities in quantifying, reporting and documenting performance metrics.
Experience successfully collaborating among cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Should enjoy a challenging, dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Must possess an entrepreneurial and results driven attitude.
