Interactive company in Rutherford, NJ is searching for a Open Source Database Development Manager. This position will do hands on development while taking part in the hiring of the team, leading the data engineering teams, chairing meetings and delivering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a development team providing architectural and technical guidance to product development ensuring sound engineering design, process and quality practices are followed.

Experience
Comfortable working with internet-scale data sets
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.)
Knowledge of no-SQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB)
Experience with scripting languages (PHP, Shell, Python, Ruby, etc.)
Education
Bachelor degree in a related field
Compensation
$90,000 - 120,000
