MixRank, a fast-growing startup in the digital advertising space is looking to fill a part-time, entry level position supporting our sales and marketing efforts with various research and analysis tasks.
This is a part-time position compensated hourly with the opportunity to advance to a full time position with full salary and benefits based on performance.
We're looking for a commitment of at least 20 hours a week for this position. After the initial training period, telecommuting/working from home for some of the hours is a possibility for the right individual.
Search and cross-reference industry databases to collect information for MixRank's database of advertisers.
Assess data quality, identify incorrect records, and update business information.
Analyze and score incoming leads to identify valuable customers.
Perform market research and identify new customer segments for MixRank.
Develop complex spreadsheets and formulas in Excel for bulk cleanup and organization of unstructured data.
Work inside Salesforce and other CRM systems to update records and fix errors.
Manage an offshore team of virtual assistants through every step of the workflow to support data collection and cleanup.
This is an entry level position. Previous market research or sales prospecting experience is a big plus.

$12-$18 hourly depending on experience and performance.
