Overview
Zeel Massage On Demand, a revolutionary way of booking same-day in-home massage via mobile apps, is looking for great people to join our Operations Team. This team is responsible for helping to recruit and train massage therapists as well as helping customers book appointments in order to ensure a seamless appointment booking experience.

This role is a customer service/sales hybrid that requires the ability multi-task, handle multiple lines of communication, and problem solve. It’s an ideal position for a recent graduate looking to join a fun team that’s creating an exciting new way for clients to book massage on-demand.
Responsibilities
Working with therapists on the phone and in person to explain how Zeel's service works to book them with clients and earn money
Training therapists on protocol related to Zeel's appointment booking system and customer services guidelines
Customer service via email, text and phone to Zeel clients to help handle special requests and answer questions about how Zeel works
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus (not required)
Skills
A lot of initiative and resourcefulness
Strong verbal & written communication skills
A commitment to going above and beyond to ensure that clients have a great experience
Strong computer skills
Education
College degree required
Compensation
Depends on the experience of the candidate
