WunWun is a mobile application changing the face of brick and mortar retail, delivering products in Manhattan on-demand. With our ‘Helpers’ on bikes and cars dispersed throughout the city, we move non-stop to deliver what our clients need, when they need it.
WunWun is seeking an energetic and organized individual to join it's New York Operations Team.
We’re looking for individuals who have a heart for customer service, a killer eye for detail, and past experience engaging with people both on a managerial and customer service level.
We are a young company, who is looking for bright and proactive people to not just answer the call to our many challenges, but who can readily create effective solutions as well.
We are only looking for the best and the brightest; This position has much room to grow.
Routing our Helpers throughout the city
Rapid-fire customer service with a white-glove approach
Fielding live courier concerns and questions through phone and our back-end interface
Communicating with customers live, fielding any immediate questions or concerns
Running portions of our on-boarding process
Improving operations procedures
Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule. This includes being available during early mornings, late evenings, and weekends/holiday.
Experience with live chat, and phones, including one year minimum of customer service or equivalent.
Tech-savvy and able to walk our customers and Helpers through our processes.
Experience in professional training.
Able to surprise and delight through written correspondence and phone support
Strong real-time critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Training Experience: you should be able to distill and effectively present all types of material to any audience.
Knowledge of New York City’s retail landscape
