GlossyBox is an e-commerce subscription company focused on delighting customers with beautiful, luxury product samples hand-picked for them. Each month, GlossyBox customers receive 5 product miniatures in a beautiful box tailored to their personal profiles. GlossyBox is currently in 17 countries with over 200,000 subscribers.
We are looking to fill one or two unpaid roles to begin immediately. Selected candidates will be working directly with the Chief Operating Officer and across departments.

Directly support COO in daily activities as well as long-term projects
Play a key role in overseeing company-wide operations.
Assist in developing standards and processes for day-to-day business activities across departments.
Liase directly with fulfillment & vendor partners to ensure smooth and effective logistics
Work with the payment and back-end software used behind website to manage customer relationships (this is NOT an IT role, however)

You MUST be: analytical, confident, persevering, intellectually curious, a fast learner, a motivated self- starter, detail-oriented and organized, interested in startups and ecommerce, and fun to work with! Interest in cosmetics is a plus!
You must be comfortable working with Excel and/or other spreadsheet software. Some experience with Access and any knowledge in back-end eCommerce software is a very strong plus.
