Overview
We’re looking for an energetic individual looking to get in on the ground floor of a growing NYC startup.

You will work directly with the founders on some of the core aspects of the business, including customer service, operations, and finances / analytics. You’ll be an integral part of the team and contribute to core decisions the company makes.
Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service to our subscribers
Work with vendors to schedule inbound logistics
Work with warehouse to manage outbound shipments to customers
Conduct analytics to monitor core company metrics
Assist co-founders with vendor research, contracts, bookkeeping, etc.
Assist marketing, engineering, and design teams, as needed
Experience
Recent grads to 2 years experience
Undergraduate degree
Enthusiastic attitude; willing to take on any challenge or task
Excellent communication skills; enjoys talking to customers, partners, and vendors
Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel
Comfortable with ambiguity
Willingness to wear multiple hats throughout the day
Education
College degree
