We're looking for an energetic and detailed-oriented individual who wants to join a fast-growing commerce company at the ground level. As one of our first entry-level teammates, you’ll be working directly with the founders to own and manage our customer service channels (phone, email, and social networks). You’ll also be involved in the business operations to make sure everything ticks.
Should be comfortable talking with people and bringing your personality into the fold. We’re not going for robotic responses. And we hate exclamation points.
Will work with our off-site warehouse to make sure inbound and outbound logistics are running like clockwork.
Can think on your feet and are willing to do whatever it takes to make things right for our customers when things go wrong.
Want to grow over time, taking on new responsibilities and roles.
Have an analytical mindset and can help us better track our key metrics.
Are ready and willing to work hard as we build up our company — there are going to be some long days.
The ideal person...
Is a recent (or somewhat recent) college grad.
Has relevant experience organizing and executing something. We want to see some concrete examples of what you're made of (and what you can make).
Has a strong resume that shows you’re ready to take on lots of new responsibility.
Your goals are to...
Help bring our customer response time to less than 1 hour during business hours, and less than 1 day during non-business hours / weekends.
Achieve 95% compliance from vendors on inbound shipments to our warehouse.
Co-lead at least one initiative per month to automate activities related to customer service and operations.
