Rip van Wafels is reinventing the way Americans take their coffee breaks. The company was started in a Brown University college dorm room in 2010 with the belief that everyone should have access to the rejuvenating power of short breaks. Winner of a number of Business Plan Competitions, the company has gained nationwide traction over the last few years and has been featured in national press. Rip van Wafels is building an “All-Star Team” of incredibly driven and entrepreneurial business managers and we are looking for Co-op students to join our rapidly growing San Francisco, CA based operation.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an non-traditional startup in San Francisco that is undergoing explosive growth. As a business manager you’ll be helping us execute our nationwide expansion strategy. You will be involved in the strategy and execution of an array of business verticals including sales, operations, finance, R&D and marketing.

Setting up and maintaining customer relationships over phone & via email
Delivering top notch customer service and recording/communicating performance data
Using project management and CRM tools including Podio, Google Apps and Lettuce
Work closely with internal teams on strategy and execution of projects with in sales, operations, finance, R&D and marketing verticals
