We are looking for an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for in-house fulfillment, inventory management, data entry, and maintaining relationships with third party providers. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines. A sense of humor is a must!
Desired Skills & Experience
4-year college degree
Computer proficiency with Word, spreadsheets, and database programs
Proven excellence in judgment, problem solving, creativity, and analytical ability
Office management and inventory management experience
Technical hardware experience preferred Must appropriately handle employee questions, concerns, and follow-up on issues with the intent to maintain a positive work environment.
Ability to learn quickly and implement efficiently
Exceptional attention to detail in your work, clean and organized
Self-motivated with the ability to work well individually as well as in team environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Interest in a fast-paced startup environment, web and mobile app development
Reliable under pressure and very disciplined with personal time management
