Small, innovative company that develops multimedia training material is seeking an organizational training developer to join the team.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes independent learning.

Responsibilities
Candidate must have a true passion for corporate training and organizational development.
This is a perfect position for someone who is working on their Master's or just finished graduate school.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Creating charts, graphs, exercises and activities to accompany DVD training material as well as creating presentations & Research Personal Characteristics.
A background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Training, or Organizational Development is recommended
Detail-oriented Flexible Active Listener
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with very little direction
Capable of handling fast-paced, innovative and constantly changing environment
