This is a perfect position for someone who is working on their Master's or just finished graduate school.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Creating charts, graphs, exercises and activities to accompany DVD training material as well as creating presentations & Research Personal Characteristics.
A background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Training, or Organizational Development is recommended
