Responsibilities
What the PHP Engineer gets to do every day:
Collaborate with team members to produce and manage high quality code.
Demonstrated ability to augment complex code bases.
Take ownership of feature development for both client and server side specifications from concept through deployment.
Integration of social and mobile APIs – Facebook, Viximo, Twitter using social game features i.e: like, ratings, reviews, fan page, stream posts.
Experience
What you bring to PHP Engineer role:
B.S. in Computer Science and 3+ years hands-on experience doing software development in a commercial software development environment.
A minimum of 2 years with PHP5 web development in a high volume environment.
Additional expertise with one or more of the following languages – Python, Java, C++, Ruby.
Development of web applications using one or more of the following – Linux, Apache, MySQL.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies to include Javascript, CSS, HTML.
Experience with Facebook and/or MySpace platforms.
An ability to interact and communicate effectively with others in your team.
Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines.
Great communication skills.
Knowledge and passion for interactive entertainment and games is preferred.
