Overview

Hi from the Worklist!

We are part of a software development company created by the founder and one of the creators of Second Life, Philip Rosedale & Ryan Downe.

We have had a great year and are now working on some new offerings, as well as improving our current applications, and have a lot of tasks available. We are based in San Francisco,California, but our staff is international and you may work from anywhere in any country around the globe.

We are now working on several cool projects which are in active development and we need your help!
Projects include:

The Worklist -
The Worklist is a marketplace to rapidly prototype and build software and websites using a global network of developers, designers and testers.

Coffee & Power -
Coffee & Power connects buyers and sellers of small jobs in a way that's fast, fun and rewarding. They’re called 'Missions', and they include everything from lunch delivery to Portuguese lessons to helping setting up your WiFi at home.

LoveMachine -
The Cool New Employee Recognition System LoveMachine was conceived in 2005 as a new way to help organizations measure individual employee contribution through peer feedback.

Kanoodl -
Phase one of Kanoodl is a web based background music service for businesses. Customers can interact with and influence the music playing around them at Kanoodl enabled locations. Using the Kanoodl web app users can rate songs, share the music with friends, and more.

ThreeSpace -
ThreeSpace is an augmented reality app for IOS devices. Through GPS tagging, we will allow our users to modify their environments, virtually.

How we do things here is different - we have our own custom contracting system called the Worklist (similar to eLance) where you can do small jobs for us today in your spare time and be paid via PayPal. You can browse the available jobs at http://www.worklist.net/worklist/worklist.php. Find something you want to do and bid on it. If your bid is accepted, we give you a sandbox on our dev system and you do the work. If we like your work and prices, we give you more to do. No resumes or interviews needed. We also have a live chat system where team members work together and you can ask questions about these jobs, which can be found at http://www.worklist.net/journal/. If there is something you think we need that is not on the list, tell us.

We are building great software, and we are looking for PHP, MySQL & Javascript developers. In addition, we have some new projects that need iOS Developers to help us. We need people that are skilled generalists, fun to work with, and that can be trusted with root access on our various machines. You can work as much as you like; you choose on which jobs you place bids based on your skillset.
