Responsibilities
Generate positive PR and press
Increase site traffic
This candidate will help manage and execute user acquisition and marketing/PR initiatives. These include website, search, Email, affiliate & partner programs.
The candidate will be responsible for managing member growth as well as develop and execute new member programs.
The candidate must be a self-starter and able implement creative and cost-effective marketing/pr initiatives.
Experience
At least 2 years of marketing experience
Experience with online marketing campaign management, including deployment, campaign performance tracking and campaign analysis.
Experience with analysis of website analytics: page views, click-thru, downloads, cross sell, up sell or other web-related metric tracking.
Ability to track, measure and analyze marketing campaigns, establish media test methodologies and analyze test results.
Working knowledge of CPM, CPL, CPC, and demographic analysis.
Experience developing great creative briefs and developing creative materials.
Experience with direct marketing operations, systems, technologies and programs through the Internet or in direct mail setting is a plus.
Experience with ongoing competitive reviews and analysis.

Compensation
This is a compensated position. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
