Overview
WeLoveYourSongs (http://weloveyoursongs.com) is a community based platform that aims to empower unsigned artists. It's a community of musicians and music fans with competitions for unsigned artists.
This year we have partnered with huge music and tech events in London, San Francisco and Barcelona. There are already few thousands registered users and the number of registrations, as well as for website visits, are increasing constantly month on month. We definitely have a really strong position on social networks (check that out!).
We are now looking for few talented developers to join our team and help us to build the best music platform for unsigned musicians around.

Responsibilities
Work on an overall redesign of the platform in order to implement few new features as well as improve the usability and performance.
Technical support on the website.
Work in team with other people located remotely.
Experience
At least 2 years experience in PHP with MySQL.
Experience in server admin would be useful but not essential.
A passion for music and an international background are plus.
Skills
An entrepreneurial spirit and a flexible self starting approach to the work.
Ability to work on both front-end and back-end would also be ideal.
Be able to communicate in an effective way with other developers of the team and with non computer literate people.
Education
At least an undergraduate degree in computer science would be preferred
