Overview
Hi! We're Classleaf, and we're a education technology startup. Our product is, well, Classleaf, a system for schools to have class websites for their classes, wherein they can post homework assignments, event dates, email students, pages, attachments, and more, and students can also track their homework and events on their Classleaf account.
We're selling to schools and we're looking for sales professionals to help us expand our sales. We use a very simple software called Dashboard that manages our leads and deals (if you know of something better, let us know :) )
We are an energetic and casual company. When you sign on to our company, we'll go ahead and show you our product and familiarize you with it.
No flying out to places needed. All you need is to be awesome at sales, have previous experience, have access to a computer, and have access to a phone. That's all.
Responsibilities
This is a part-time telecommute job.
Calls made during the daytime, during day hours.
Work as much as you want, since you'll be paid on commission.
You won't be paid a salary, but instead will be paid by commission.
The commission is 50% (on a full sale, that's $1000)
Be willing to use our (really easy-to-use) software, Dashboard, or show us a new one that you prefer.
Work with us to learn the ropes of our software and what it does.
Experience
Have previous sales experience.
Be good at sales.

Speaks English (if you're reading this, you're probably fine)

Education
Nothing in particular. Just be awesome at sales, and you're already qualified.
Compensation
Purely commission-based. 50% per sale (on a full sale, $1000) and then $500/year for as long as the client subscribes
