As one can appreciate, consumers trust family and friends over strangers when weighing different purchasing options.

Goldenslate is a software and services company focused on helping consumers’ streamline their ability to search, request, and receive trusted referrals. We strive to transform the referral exchange transaction.

Through a sleekly designed and intuitive web application, a powerful back-end and a mobile app, our patent-pending solution allows customers to confidently make their service professional selections with the backing of trust. Our business solution lets service professionals manage and grow their most effective marketing channel – referrals from satisfied customers.
Currently in stealth mode, we’re looking for a seriously talented individual to come and help Goldenslate get out in the open where it should be, helping consumers and service professionals.

The right person will initially be a coder and hardcore techy but ultimately end up running the technical ship including development and operations and everything else that that entails.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the management and the sales team to develop, support and execute strategic marketing and sales plans
Create and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle
Meet weekly and monthly targets
Status reporting
Experience
Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced atmosphere
Experience in selling to small and medium business
Skills
Ability to quickly make lasting connections
High level of business acumen
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Aspiration and commitment to learn about the sales enablement processes
