Partner Marketing Manager (Reston, VA)

We’re passionate about building best-in-class products that help consumers find apps that are relevant to them; advertising solutions that help app developers rise above the noise of the app stores; and services that help media companies, online publishers, and carriers boost user engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

We're looking for an energetic, creative, self-motivated marketing and social media expert to own our key partner and advertising relationships, and be a key voice establishing AppTap as the leading app discovery and advertising platform. Responsibilities
Partner Management: Manage and grow our relationships with our key distribution partners through communication, education, and support.
Advertiser Management: Manage relationships with key advertisers on our platform, ensuring successful campaigns and driving repeat business.
Social Media Marketing: Define and execute social media strategies to ensure AppTap is a highly visible thought leader in the app industry.
Event Marketing: Identify key industry events, local meet-ups, and online communities to actively participate in and potentially sponsor.
Product Strategy: Improve our product strategy and competitive position by analyzing and synthesizing market data and key client feedback.
Experience
Detail oriented, creative, self-motivated contributor with a passion for great customer service, effective marketing and awesome products.
5+ years experience managing key strategic accounts and projects, with direct client-facing responsibilities.
5+ Experience defining and leading execution of social media, community, and event marketing strategies
Proven track record growing existing relationships with key clients by introducing incremental features or expanding to other clients.
Comfortable interacting with marketing and sales focused clients as well as technical clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with little guidance, and comfort with a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment
Education
BS/BA degree or equivalent training and experience.
