AviantLogic’s software platform – NewsLogic (c), is a paid subscription cloud-based software company that offers businesses and media customers’ a platform to share news, network via social media, build relationships, and follow relevant news feeds. The web application, also categorized as a media management or SaaS solution, intends to house a directory of 500,000+ media contacts where business customers can follow and connect with targeted individuals/outlets they want to connect in a long-term setting. Business users will be able to distribute relevant news and participate in storytelling opportunities presented by their network of media contacts.
Media professionals have access to company profiles, ability to source contacts for articles, manage source interviews, and create content within the system based off news tips, pitches and feeds received from network connections.
The goal of the web app is to improve the way businesses and media professionals plug-in to relevant news within their industry and/or niche. A common pain point for media professionals is receiving irrelevant or poorly written news releases without factual or newsworthy information. For businesses without large budgets to pay PR firms or create intelligent stories, it can be a pain to target the right media contacts…and manage relationship-building activities. AviantLogic’s web app controls the process of how and when news is shared, to whom, and for journalist, how they organize news tips.
