We are seeking highly motivated individuals to assist with the conversion of our PeopleSoft Finance 9.0 and PeopleSoft 9.0 HRMS application data. We are moving to Workday and require the conversion of our PeopleSoft data.
This is a Microsoft SQL environment. Our PeopleSoft Financial environment includes GL/Budgeting, AP, AR, Purchasing, Billing and nVision reporting. Our HRMS environment includes Payroll, Time and Labor and Commitment accounting.
The successful candidate must have significant experience in PeopleSoft data mapping and extraction of data from PeopleSoft Finance and HRMS environments.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Finance and Payroll data conversion activities including participating in data mapping and development of technical specifications. The ability to run, construct and understand conversion programs is preferred.
•Work independently with staff.
•Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business requirements within PeopleSoft Finance and HRMS applications.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Education and Qualifications
•4 -- 7 years of PeopleSoft Financials experience, with at least two years on V9.0 or higher.
•1 -- 2 years of PeopleSoft HRMS experience.
•2+ years PeopleSoft development experience.
•2+ Years analytical problem solving, business analyst experience.
