Photo Producer

Jimmy Williams Productions, a fast-paced national advertising and fine art photography studio, is looking for a Producer for print and video shoots to join the team in creating award-winning work. The Photo Producer primarily acts as a superhero & liaison between the Clients and the Studio. This position is network central for organizing & coordinating schedules, crew, talent, location scouts, stylists, and others to facilitate shoots. This is a full-time position at a professional studio in the Raleigh area that fosters a creative, fun and dynamic team environment.
Creates production estimates for print and motion assignments
Negotiates projects with clients and crew on behalf of the studio
Organizes assignments in order to meet deadlines, budgets and schedules; procures locations, props and talent
Possesses superhuman communication between the Creative Team, Photo Studio and Client
Handles post production to include the coordination of retouching schedules, final delivery of images, and invoicing
Monitors licensing usage and contacts clients when usage expires
Experience in the photography and/or advertising industry is helpful
Video production experience is a plus
Time management & organization superpowers is a must
Strong attention to detail
Proficient skills with MS Office
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with Project Management workflow
Experience in working well under pressure and under tight deadlines
Positive and motivated individual that works well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to adapt to change easily
