Overview
Healthcare technology company is searching for a client services professional to be the point person between the company and their clients.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships
Manage the onboarding process
Create statements of work (SOW)
You will coordinate and lead client related meetings
Manage project deliverables including maintaining time lines and keeping all parties current.
Address client's concerns and questions.
You will provide monthly client reporting, including earned value/on budget, time and work completion, along with strategic analysis.
Experience
5+ years experience in a customer facing position within the health insurance, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Some travel required.
Education
4 year college degree
Compensation
Salary plus bonus and equity Base 90,000 - 120,000
